ChatGPT is only as good at presentations as the prompt you give it.

A product launch presentation has one job that most decks do not: it has to make people want something that did not matter to them a minute ago.

Medical students present constantly: case presentations on the wards, journal clubs, seminar talks, research posters, and the occasional dreaded grand rounds.

If you live in Google Slides, you do not want a presentation tool that pulls you out of it.

Most presentations are lost before a single slide is designed.

A deck built by one person is a document. A deck built by a team is a negotiation.

A report and a presentation are not the same document in two formats. A report is complete, dense, and built to be read at your own pace; a presentation is distilled, visual, and built to hold a live audience.

A case study presentation is a sales tool disguised as a story. It walks a prospect through a real customer’s problem, what you did about it, and the measurable results, so a buyer sees proof rather than a promise.

A webinar deck has to do something a boardroom deck never does: hold a remote audience you cannot see for thirty to sixty minutes straight.

Finance presentations are a different kind of work.

A board deck is not a normal presentation, and treating it like one is why so many are painful to build.
