You wrote the whole thing in Word, and now you need slides. It might be a report, a proposal, a set of lecture notes, or a strategy doc, and rebuilding it by hand into PowerPoint feels like doing the work twice.

You have a PDF and you need PowerPoint slides. Maybe it is a 30-page report, a whitepaper, an ebook, or a deck someone exported and sent you flat.

Prezi built its name on a zooming, non-linear format that stands out from ordinary slides, and for the right talk it genuinely works.

PowerPoint has been the default presentation tool for decades, but it is no longer the only sensible choice, and a growing number of people are looking for something faster, more collaborative, more engaging, or…

Prezi and Google Slides both make presentations, but they answer different questions.

Prezi and Canva both make presentations, but comparing them is a bit like comparing a specialist to a general store.

Gamma and Plus AI are both AI presentation tools, but they take opposite routes to the same goal. Gamma is a standalone web app: you generate a complete, designed deck inside Gamma and share or export it from there.

Comparing Gamma and ChatGPT for presentations sounds like a straight fight, but the two tools are not really the same kind of thing.

A proposal deck is the document you send to win a specific piece of work: the presentation that lays out how you will solve a client’s problem, what you will deliver, on what timeline, and for what price.

A sales deck is the presentation you put in front of a prospect to move them toward buying, and building one by hand eats the time you should spend selling.

Slides are the part of freelance life almost nobody signs up for.
